Overview

This article explains how to perform the task fix browser cache and cookie issues in the context of Troubleshooting & Support.

Prerequisites

• Grafana 9.5 or later recommended
• Org admin or editor role where applicable

Steps

1. Open Configuration → relevant page in Grafana.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete fix browser cache and cookie issues.
